Spenser & Kauffmann became an official partner of the Legal Banking Forum 2016
Legal Banking Forum will be held in Kyiv in February 2016 by the publishing house Yuridicheskya Practika.
Spenser & Kauffmann became an official partner of the event.
Agenda of the forum includes discussions of reforms in banking sector, corporate relations in banks, distressed assets and financial monitoring. Moreover, panel discussions will touch credit dispute issues and Deposit Guarantee Fund.
More than 250 international experts, representatives of state authorities, NGO’s, leading banks and law firms will participate in the forum.
Nickolas Likhachov, Spenser& Kauffmann’s counsel, will also speak on cross-border asset tracing: “Contrary to a popular belief, money moved out from Ukraine can be returned. I will talk about the most effective strategies for tracing and recovering of assets, as well as share information on international experience of such measures.”
The first Legal Banking Forum was held on 25th of February 2015 with the support of Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine. The event aims to become a communication platform for dialogue between the government and the leading banks and finding the best ways to reform the banking legislation.
